Shipping & Delivery
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Please ensure the provided address includes all relevant details (abbreviations, street numbers, apartment numbers, etc.).
For international shipments, goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer, who authorizes Woollieemix to handle importation. The consignee will pay all applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.
Processing Time
Orders may take up to 4 business days for processing. Expedited orders may take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can take up to 1 business day. These times exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged for both the original shipping and return costs. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Policy
If your package is lost, contact us within 30 days for a store credit or reship. We do not guarantee responsibility for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
